Abstract
Machine tool spindle unit is designed to allow it work at high speed. Lubrication of spindle bearing plays an important role in working quality and reliability as well as the life of the equipment Therefore air/
oil lubrication has been studied and applied. This paper presented a process of a based on air/oil mixing lubrication for CNC madiine tool spindle using numerical simulation with the finite element method.
Where Ansys Fluent was used to simulate an air/oil mixing process to obtain a mist lubrication from two inlets, one lor air, one for oil. This research showed a process of analyzing air/oil lubrication for machine tool spindle unit. That simulation could be used to evaluate the quality of each type of lubricant, as well as study of bearing and lubricating quality in air/oil lubrication conditions by numerical method.

3.1. Ansys Fluent
Ansys Fluent la mdt md-dun ciia bd phan mem Ansys, eho phep md hlnh hda va tinh toan bai toan da linh vue[4].
