ABSTRACT
This paper developed a regression model to test factors that affect the corporate capital structure.
The Stata software was used to analyze panel data collected from the financial statements of 29 construction enterprises listed on Vietnam stock exchanges. The conclusions drawn from the study would he useful for Vietnamese construction enterprises in optimizing their capital structure.
