Summary
After sui-veying 350 bank staffs in Ho Chi Minh City, the study identifies factors of social responsibility Influencing their belief in the organization and their satisfaction with the job, including (1) Impact of corporate social responsibility components (CSR) (which are Awareness of economic responsibility. Awareness of legal responsibility. Awareness of moral responsibility and Awareness of charity responsibility) on belief in the organization, and (2) Impact of organizational trust on employee satisfaction with the job. On that basis, some administrative implications are proposed to improve the social responsibility of enterprises, thereby improving the job satisfaction of employees.
