Based on the original theory about Enterprise Commitment by Meyer and Allen (1991) and the overall results of previous studies, the authors proposed a model of factors affecting the commitment of middle-level management personnel with state-owned enterprises after equitization in Vietnam which can be meaningful in the context of Vietnam, including the following factors: (1) Inspirational leaders; (2) Fairness in enterprise; (3) Corporate culture;
(4) Enterprise commitment.
