PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA,STRES KERJA DAN KONFLIK PERAN GANDA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
BAGIAN MILL PT TOBA PULP LESTARI ”.
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja,Stres Kerja dan Konflik Peran Ganda Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Mill PT Toba Pulp Lestari ”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja,Stres Kerja dan Konflik Peran Ganda Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan untuk mengetahui variabel yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.
Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian penelitian deskriptif, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 20 for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan wanita bagian mill pada PT Toba Pulp Lestari.Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling,jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalahsebanyak 40 orang.
Berdasarkan uji F diketahui Pengaruh lingkungan kerja,stres kerja dan konflik peran ganda terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Mill PT Toba Pulp Lestari secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji t diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan sedangkan konflik peran ganda berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Mill PT Toba Pulp Lestari. Melalui penelitian ini diketahui bahwa konflik stres kerja memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,478, artinya keeratan hubungan antara Lingkungan Kerja,Stres Kerja dan Konflik Peran Ganda terhadap Kinerja Karyawan bagian Mill PT Toba Pulp Lestari 47,8%. Kemudian pengujian koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan (Adjusted R Square) diperoleh nilai 0,43,5 artinya Lingkungan Kerja,Stres Kerja dan Konflik Peran Ganda berpengaruh 43,5% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Mill PT Toba Pulp Lestari dan sisanya 56,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak digunakan dalam penelitian ini.

This research is “The impact of stress working environment and the double impact conflict into performance of Mill worker in Toba Pulp Lestari Company.” This research aims to know the variabel impact of worker and to know the dominant variabel impact and worker performance.
This research method is descriptive research, hypotheses testing with used the double regression analysis. This processing data made by use SPSS 20 for windows . The population of this research , to take the sample used by proposive sampling method, the total of sampel in this research was 40 people.
Based on tested F has known the impact of working environment, working stress and the double concflict impact into performance of Mill worker in Toba Pulp Lestari Company has the same impact into the worker performance. Based on tested T has known that the environment working and stress working has positive impact and significant, otherwise the double conflict impact has negative impact into performance of Mill worker in Toba Pulp Lestari Company.Based on this research has known that working stress conflict has dominant impact into performance worker. Based on the tested of determination coefficient (R2) has point R square was 0,478 it means the related between working environment, working stress, and the double conflict impact into performance Mill worker in Toba Pulp Lestari company was 47,8 % . And then the tested of determination coefficient which be adapted ( Ajusted R Square) was 0,43,5 it means working environment, working stress and the double conflict impact was 43,5 % into performance of Mill worker in Toba Pulp Lestari company and the over was 56,5 % impacted by the other variabel which not used in this research.
