THE POSTPONEMENT OF ENFORCEMENT OF THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF MANPOWER AND TRANSMIGRATION NO. KEP-78/MEN/2001
In observing interests of various parties, we deem necessary :
1. To postpone the enforcement of the Decree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration No. 78/MEN/2001 on the amendment to several articles of the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. KEP-150/MEN/2000 concerning the settlement of labour dismissal and the stipulation of severance pay, gratuity and compensations in companies for 14 (fourteen) days, starting from May 16, 2000 to May 30, 2001; 2. To re-study more profoundly during the postponement period and the Decree of the Minister of Manpower
No. KEP-150/MEN/2000 remains effective.
