along with the times and advances in technology. Not only being a theme or content in a work of fiction - a kind of virtual world in novels, things related to cyber have even become a real part of the creative activity of the work itself. Apart from the possibility of the emergence of differences of opinion on the quality of the produced literature and all other problems, cyber literature has now reached a period of attachment to creators (: writers, creators, writers) of technology, especially the internet in various literary processes to arrive at the literary stage. created and enjoyed by readers.
Great literary works that originally took a lot of time to be handwritten and took quite a lot of time to produce just one copy, now with the help of technology can be produced more and faster up to thousands of copies in a shorter time. Even when digital communication media has penetrated society, literature has also shifted from the print era to the virtual era. Literary works are spread wider and faster. The existence of pages and blogs, for example, opens up opportunities for authors to publish their work without relying on the media or other parties. Various types of works that can be uploaded such as poetry, short stories, novels and others raise new genres called cyber literature (Rejo, 2014).
Meanwhile, according to Subhi and Fara, cyber literature provides fresh space for novice writers to penetrate the exclusive shackles of the world of literature. The update of the work can be done in a relatively short time which can encourage creativity and development of literature.
Beginners also get a special space to show the existence of his work in the midst of unlimited global communication networks. Hidayat (2008) in his paper wrote that one of the positive effects of cyber literature was that Indonesian literature could explore both in terms of content and form which had been hindered by the ideology of the newspaper. The results of contemplation by poets for example can be more easily published even though he is not or has not become a famous writer. Even famous writers have also created personal blogs or websites like Joko Pinurbo.
The development of cyber literature has surpassed the era of blogs or personal pages or websites. In the midst of a siege of various social media, literature has also experienced a journey in that direction. Some authors use social media to publish their work. One of the social media accounts that consistently uploads literary works in the form of poetry is the Instagram account
@purapurapenyair. One of the accounts found on the Instagram was designed by Daffa Randai which now (when this paper was written) consistently uploaded the poems of its members.
This research aims to discover: What is the poem as the part of cyber literature in the millennial era? What is the symbol interaction in instagram account @purapurapenyair?
This study has two benefits, namely theoretical benefits and practical benefits. Theoretically, this paper is expected to develop literary theory especially about poetry as part of cyber literature in the millennial era. Practically, this work is expected to provide insight to the public about the symbolic interactions that exist in the Instagram account @purapurapenyair so that they can be used as a means of encouraging creative creativity and improving the interactions that have taken place in the community from one citizen to another.
2. RESEARCH METHOD
The approach used in this research was qualitative approach with descriptive research type that focuses on intsagram account @purapurapenyair. The data collection was conducted by reading and study all of the posts of instagram acunt @purapurapenyair. This research used the theory of cyber communications and cyber literature, also the pure of literature theory.
3. DISCUSSION
a. Poem as a cyber literary part of the millennial era.

Poems published by the purapurapenyair community are poems written by members who each have a personal Instagram account. Poems are uploaded on the @purapurapenyair

Instagram account with a uniform visual design for all poems. The poem is uploaded along with an image containing the most interesting excerpts or pieces of the whole poem.
The selection of fragments of poetry is one strategy to attract readers. On the one hand, this is also a challenge that there will be poems that are better known only in certain parts that are copied. In terms of meaning, of course poetry must be read as a whole as part of his whole being.
This is where the challenge of cyber literature plays its role. The speed of a work published through social media with computer devices and smart phones and the help of the internet has made the poet's expectations of his work disappear. That choice is almost entirely in the hands of their respective authors or poets. A selection process is no longer dominated by external factors but is more influenced by oneself.
b. The symbol interaction in instagram account @purapurapenyair
In the study of symbolic interactionist theory, George Hebert Mead (1962) emphasizes language is a system of symbols and words are symbols because they are used to interpret various things. Symbols or texts are representations of messages communicated to the public (Nasrullah, 2012: 91).
Ritzer and Goodman (2008) put forward the basic principles of symbolic interactionist theory, namely:
1. Unlike lower animals, humans are supported by the ability to think.
2. The ability to think is formed by social interaction.
3. In social interactions individuals learn meanings and symbols that allow them to use these thinking skills.
4. Meanings and symbols allow people to take actions and interactions typical of humans.
5. Individuals are able to modify or change the meanings and symbols they use in actions and interactions based on their interpretation of the situation.
6. People are able to make these modifications and changes, partly because of their ability to interact with themselves, which allows them to think about possible actions, explore their relative strengths and weaknesses, and then choose.
7. Interwoven patterns of action with this interaction then create groups and communities.

In simple terms, the seven things can be concluded as the existence of things that allow people to carry out social interactions, then emerge actions based on interpretation, then modify the meaning of symbols. Interwoven patterns of action with interaction then create groups and communities. Symbolic interaction is one approach that can be done with cultural studies. Norman Denzin in his book Symbolic interactionism and cultural studies emphasizes that the study of symbolic interaction plays an important role in cultural studies. (9asrullah, 2012: 3).
Text or symbol is a medium that represents the process of communication through the internet. Although currently the advances in communication technology have made it possible for inter-entities to interact through sound and visuals, text is the basis of computer-mediated communication.
In networking communities, information becomes exchanged content. The meaning of Like on Facebook has been investigated by Hine (2000). The like button doesn't just mean like or like.
Sometimes the meaning is to support a statement or it can also mean sympathy (usually for sad news). In an Instagram account, the like button is replaced by the position of the love or amor button. The meaning is more or less the same as the like button.
At the initial stage, members have the ability to think supported by social interaction in the framework of making or creating poetry. The ability to interact with yourself is the basis of interaction which is also very important in this regard. Only people who have managed to

communicate and interact primarily with themselves will have the confidence to publish their work and thoughts.
The members in the community according to the community president are not bound or just like that. Uniquely, all members whose poems are uploaded in the Instagram account also have a private Instagram account. Technically and efficiently, they chose to upload their poetry works directly to their respective IGs. However, they chose to send their work to the account
@purapurapenyair. This is the basis of the seventh symbolic interaction, namely creating groups and communities in this case vurtual groups or communities such as an Instagram account. When freedom and independence upload works in their own hands, the members choose to join groups that are technically a little like other literary forms that depend on the policies of their leaders. A kind of newspaper literature that makes the writers depend on the fate of the publication of his work on redakturnyThe @purapurapenyair Instagram account is one of the Instagram accounts that consistently embodies the members' poems as a place for their poems to exist. This account introduces itself as a community organization that was established on 2 April 2017 with an admin named Randai Daffa. Until the time this paper was written, there were 93 posts with 402 followers and 645 followed. All posts are poems from community members pretending to be poets. Seven basic symbolic interactions apply in this regard.
This shows that in communication psychology there is more trust in the members when interacting with Randai Daffa the president of the community. This trust also concerns things like what their poetry works to upload on the @purapurapenyair Instagram account. In this case, the improvement and achievement of the quality of published poetry is entirely in the hands of Daffa Randai. Daffa Randai itself has a personal Instagram account that if we pay attention it will make us confident in its position as the president of the community.
4. THE CONCLUSION
a. Poetry as a cyber literary part in the millennial era has a greater opportunity to develop in the presence of social media. Of course efforts are needed to maintain the quality of poetry produced by applying various methods and strategies. Each work has the right to be published, but each work must have excellence and quality that is maintained before publication. In the world of cyber literature, reliable and responsible admin is needed so that the published poetry is maintained quality.
b. The seven basic symbolic intersections can be applied in the purapurapenyair community.
