The results of the public consultation with the Siak County Agency stated that the company has submitted to the Department which documents are accessible to the public. The company has indicated in the work plan of the Long-Term Work Plan document of PT Aneka Inti Persada for the period 2015-2020. The company has not been able to show the results of the latest soil analysis in accordance with the standard operating procedures that have been put in place.
Based on the test results for the periods April - June 2015, it should be noted that the BOD parameters still meet the quality standards laid down in the regulations. The company has demonstrated results of pest counts that have been carried out regularly in recapitulation documents of the plant counts in each plant block. The site will record and balance all receipts of RSPO certified FFB and deliveries of RSPO certified CPO and PK on a quarterly basis. The site will ensure and verify through documented procedures and registration that the RSPO certified oil palm product is kept separate from non-certified material, including during transport and storage. All products are received and processed (FFB) in Teluk Siak. POM comes from its own estate, which is RSPO certified.
So far Teluk Siak factories do not accept or process FFB from other sources, based on the existing documents and the systems that have been implemented which consisted of FFB Delivery Document, Weighing Tickets, Sales Contract and SIME Weighing Application Program which explains origin of FFB. (Partition, harvest block, planting year, herd number) as well as CPO and PK product is a 100% certified product (RSPO Certified). All documents related to the reception and processing systems are marked (Seal) Certified RSPO. Based on verification of documents and field visits to Teluk Siak POM and interviews with officers and scale officer, it is known that Teluk Siak POM processes FFB in CPO and PK which is 100% derived from its own property.

The company's assistance to local communities, for example helping with sacrifices during the Eid holiday. Communication between the company and the village government and the surrounding community has been going well. Based on the verification of the documents, the company has tried to fulfill its obligations, first of all with the regular reporting of the Plantation Business Development Report to the relevant agencies.
The company has not submitted environmental documents related to the replanting program currently underway. The company has fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of minimum wages in accordance with the Regent Siak Decree 2015 IDR. The company has all its employees included in social security at work and occupational health insurance programs (Social Assurance / BPJS).
From the results of the document verification and interviews with several employees, there are issues related to the labor dispute between the company and the employees, and the awarding was carried out in accordance with the applicable standards of the minimum wage regulations. A review of the completion of works carried out by the company in accordance with the specifications set out in the agreed contract. For the future, maybe we could continue to establish a good cooperation with the company.
