KSt qua phan tich hinh thai hpc, cau tnic pha va thanh phan pha cho thay mang CuHAp co cau tnic tinh the, dan pha va sir co m|t cua Cu^* da lam thay doi hinh thai hoc va lam giam kich thuoc ciia CuHAp so vai HAp. Ngoai ra ket qua nghien ciiu cung cho thay dpng hoc qua trinh trao doi ion tuan theo phan umg gia bac hai vdi dung lugng trao doi ion o trang thai can bang 11,99 mg Cu'*/g HAp va hang so loc dp phan ling la 3,57 x lO"'^ g/mg.phiil. 2. Noi dung nghien cuu 2.1. Thu'c nghiem

* Tong hop dien hda ming HAp tren nen thep khong gi 316L

Mau thep khong gi 316L (TKG 316L) vai thanh phin hoa hpc: 0,27% Al; 0,17% Mn;

0,56% Si; 17.98% Cr; 9,34% Ni, 2,15% Mo; 0,045% P; 0,035% S va 69,45% Fe co kich thuae la 1 >< 10 >< 0,2 cm, dugc phii epoxy degiai han dien tich lam vipc Icm^. Sau do mau dugc phu mang HAp bing phufong phap quel the calot a khoang quet the 0 ~" -1,7 V/SCE; nhiet dp: 50 "C, 5 lan quet vai t6c do quel 5 mV/s trong dung dich chiia Ca(NO3)2 3.10"^M + NH4HzP0.) 1,8.10'^ M + NaNO3 6.10-^M.

* Tong hep mdng CuHAp

De xac dinh nong dp Cu^* va thai gian liep xiic thich hgp cho qua trinh tong hgp mang CuHAp, vat lieu TKG 316L phii mang HAp (HAp/TKG316L) eo khoi luong 2,45 mg dugc ngam trong 4 mL dung dich chua muoi CuCNGs); vai nong dp khac nhau: 0,005; 0.01; 0,02; 0,05 va 0,1M; va thcri gian dugc khao sat: 2,5; 5; 10; 20; 30; 60 va 80 phiit a nhipt dp phong, Sau do vat lieu dugc lay ra, nJa sach bang nuac cat va de kho trong khong khi. Phan dung dich con lai sau khi ngam dung de xac dinh nong dp Cu^* con lgi bang phuong phap hap thy nguyen ni (AAS), tir do xac dinh dung lugng trao doi ion theo phuang trinh sau:

* Dac diem mang CuHAp

Mang CuHAp dugc xac djnh thanh phan cac nhom chuc bing phuang phap IR Iren may FT- IR 6700 cua hang Nieolel vai ki diuat ep vien KBr. Thanh phin pha ciia CuHAp dugc ghi tren may SIEMENS D5005 Bruker-Germany, vdi cac difeu kien hue xa Cu-Ka, budc song X = 1,5406 A, cuong dg dong dien bing 30 rnA, dien ap 40 kV, goc quel 29 U-ong khoang 10" ^ 70°, l6c do quet 0,0307giay. Hinh thai hpe bS mat mang CuHAp xae dinh bing phucmg phap SEM tren thiet bi dien tii quel Hitachi S4800 (Nhat Ban). Thanh phin cac nguyen l6 Ca va Cu co trung mang CuHAp dugc xac dinh bang phuang phap quang pho hap thu nguyen lii tren may Perkin - Elmer 3300 va nguyen l6 P dugc xac dinli bing phuang phap UV-VIS tren may CINTRA.

Tir gian do nhieu xa tia X co the tinh dugc duang kinh trung binh ciia linh the CuHAp theo cong thuc Scherer [9]:

Mang HAp va CuHAp dugc eao bgt va ep thatili vien co chieu day 1 mm va duang kinh 10 mm, sau do dugc hap khii trung a 150 "C trong 30 phut. Chung vi khuan P.aerugimosa dugc su dung de thii nghiem hoat tinh khang khuan. dugc nuoi cay lii ong chung goc, tren moi truong LB dac lai 37 °C, u qua dem. KT thuat khuech tan dugc thuc hien bing each do thach vao cac dta Petri de tao thanh lop day 4 mm va cay day dac ciia cac vi sinh vat thii nghiem de eo dugc toe do tang trudng semiconfluent. Cac mau HAp va CuHAp duge bo tri tren be mat thach va ii trong 24 gid d 37 °C.

Hoat tinh uc ch6 khuan dugc danh gia bang each do ban kinh (BK) vong ue che vi sinh vat theo cdng thiic; BK (mm) = D-d, trong do D: dudng b'nh vdng vo khuSn va d: dudng kinh lo khoan thach. Thi nghiem dugc lap lai ba lan va lay gia tri ban kinh trung binh.

2.2. K i t qu^ va thao lu$n 2.2.L Anh htrdng cua nong do Cu^^

K6l qua khao sal anh hudng nong do ban dau ctia Cu^* tir 0,005 M - 0,1 M den dung lugng irao ddi ion Uifi hien tren Hinh 1. Nong dp Cu^^ trong dung dich tang iW dung lugng trao ddi ion tang. Dung lugng trao doi ion tang nlianh tu 4.18 mg/g len 10,66 mg/g khi ndng dp Cu^*tang tir 0.005 M den 0,02 M. sau do tang khong nhieu khi lang ndng dd Cu^*len 0,05M va 0,1 M (dung lugng tang len tuang iing 12.56 mg/g va 13.43 mg/g) vi qua trinh trao doi ion da dat ldi trang thai can bing. Do dd, dung dich Cu^* co ndng dp 0,02M dugc sir dyng de long hgp mang CuHAp.

Su bien doi dung luang trao doi ion Cu^* ciia m^ng HAp theo thdi gian dugc the hien tren Hinh-2. 2.2.3. Nghien ciiii cau true, thanh phan va hinh thai hoc ciia mang CuHAp Mang CuHAp dugc long hgp bang each ngam mang HAp 30 phiit trong dung dich Cu^' 0,02 M, sau do mlu nia sach, lam kho va dugc xac djnh cau tnic, thanh phan va hinh thai hpe bang cac phuang phap IR, Xray, SEM, UV-VIS. AAS.

* Hdng ngogi (IR)

Ket qua phan lich thanh phan cac nguyen td Ca va Cu cd irong mang CuHAp dugc xac dinh bang phuang phap AAS va thanh phan nguyen td P dugc xac dinh bing phuang phap UV-VIS the hien Irong Bang I.

Mang CuHAp da dugc tdng hgp bing phuang phap trao ddi ion giiia mang HAp_ vdi dung dich Cu^*, ndng do Cu^* 0,02 M thich hgp eho qua trinh idng hgp va thai gian tigp xiic tdi uu la 30 phut. Mang CuHAp thu dugc dem pha, tinh the hinh que vdi kich thudc trung binh 102 x 11 nm, Tir ket qua nghien ciiu da md ra trien vpng iing dung mang CuHAp larii vat lieu y sinh va d?c bi^t vdi su cd mat Cu trong mang HAp se lam lang kha nang khang khuan va tang linh tuong thich sinh hpc cho mang.

Copper doped hydroxyapalile coatings (CuHAp) were synthesized on 316L stainless steel (316L SS) substrate by the ion exchange method between HAp coalings and Cu^'' solution. The affected factors of Cu^* concentration and immersion time lo the process were studied The results showed that Cu^"^ ions were replaced by a part of Ca^* ions in the structure of HAp lo form CuHAp coating with the atomic ratio Cu/Ca of 0.0124 and the ratio (Cu + Ca)/P of 1.571. The analytical results of morphologies, structure, phase composition showed that the CuHAp obtained coatings have crystal structure, single-phase with rod shapes. In addition, the kinetic of the process was a pseudo-second order model with ion exchange capacity at equilibrium 11.99 mg Cu^Vg HAp and rate constant 3,57 >= 10'" g/mg.niin. CuHAp had an antibacterial activity against a slrain of P.aerugimosa with the inhibitory radius of 3 mm.
