ABSTRACT
The modelling relations within the scope of the elementary model of respiration and transpiration processes at refrigerated storage of fresh fruit-and-vegetable prodi/ct/on in MAP (modified atmosphere packages) are obtained. A calculated algonthm is constructed: approbation of a energy and mass balance equation is earned out (transpiration) Approbation is earned out on an example of mangoes. The received results testify about much best descnption of changes in time of temperature, relative humidity of MAP.
