The company has conducted an analysis of the long-term economic viability for years 2017 to 2022. The company has a semi-detailed land survey and land suitability document for oil palm plantation that includes the land slope map for Gunung Aru Estate and Gunung Kemasan Estate. Based on field visit at Gunung Aru Estate Division III, it is known that the company does manual road maintenance.
The company has a pest and disease control registration for Gunung Aru Estate and Gunung Kemasan Estate. The company has demonstrated pesticide use monitoring at Gunung Aru Estate and Gunung Kemasan Estate. Based on document review and management interview, it is known that the company uses Class IB pesticides such as Racumin (Kumateralil) for rat pest control.
Based on a visit to Gunung Kemasan Estate, it is known that the company provided facilities such as BBS House (Block Spraying System House). Based on interviews with management, it is known that the company does not apply pesticides by air. Based on the field visit at Gunung Aru Estate Section 1 Block A007 on the replanting area, it is known that the company carries out replanting activities without burning.

Based on interviews with harvester in block of A005 GAE known that workers understand the working hours set by the company. Based on document review known, the company paid overtime in accordance with that specified in the "peraturan perusahaan". Based on document review of employee data, the company implemented the policy and no minor workers (workers under 18 years of age) were found.
The company had a social policy approved by the Main Plantation Upstream Indonesia in December 2011. Based on interviews with employees in the field, workers are known to understand the company's equal opportunity employment policy regardless of race, religion, or gender. CH has a commitment to be the company that protects their female workers from sexual harassment actions.
