He has some experiences in the field of sustainability Audit of the palm oil program in Indonesia and Malaysia in terms of best management practices, legality of land, environmental, social and welfare aspects for workers and the supply chain. He has been involved in various audit activities related to the certification of sustainable palm oil since 2017, covering the aspects of best management practices, occupational health and safety aspects, social aspect and employee well-being.

The company has a code of business ethics (applicable to plantation and industry), approved by the Head of Country, known to HRGA Corporate Head (Human Resource and General Affairs) and examined by the Head of Sustainability, effective from December 15, 2015, revision document no.: 044 / DIR-KP / XII / 2015). The company has applied a minimum wage in the wage system and is in accordance with Regulation No. SOP-EST-004 (Rev. 01) of the Ministry of Labor dated February 8, 2012 on manual fertilization. The procedure covers the type of fertilizer, time of application, fertilizer placement, fertilizer management, frequency of application, etc.

Based on the results of interviews with harvesting, fertilizing, spraying and mill operators, it is known that the company has routinely socialized the occupational safety and health policy when the collection morning takes place, and the socialization is usually combined with other company policies. Based on the results of the document study, it is known that all accidents that occur in the company are investigated and reported to the relevant agencies. The company has a Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) and Company Regulations (CP) as a basis for running the employment system in accordance with company laws. Based on the results of the review of the salary document in all units, it is known that the salary conditions in the company are currently in accordance with the regulations/requirements set by the government, such as the determination of minimum wages, the calculation and payment of overtime, and other rights/provisions of workers. The company has an inventory of social facilities in the form of housing for its workers in each unit according to their needs.

Based on the results of field visits, it is known that the company has provided adequate welfare facilities for employees such as housing, the availability of clean water and drinking water (drinking water depots at home), availability of electricity (PLN), the availability of health facilities in each unit and maintained by doctors and paramedics (nurses and midwives), worship services for employees. Unions are formed in companies founded by employees and supported by the company. The company has a child labor policy signed by the Group Plantation Head and CSR Head Group in September 2010.

Based on the results of interviews with workers, unions and gender committees found that the recruitment of workers was based on the needs of the company without regard to ethnicity, religion, race and class. Based on the results of the interviews with the committee members of the gender committee, it was found that the policies related to gender and women's rights defined by the company became a reference for the administrators to carry out activities and contact the workers.
