From the results of the interviews with KUD Pakar maur, KUD Biru Makmur and KUD Maju Mandiri, it was conveyed that there is currently an internal conflict within the internal body of KUD. Each KUD (9 KUD) independently manages the administration and operations without being related to Pakar maur KUD. Dendymarker Indahlestari with KUD Pakar Maur has been canceled because technically KUD Pakar Maur no longer works and is replaced by 9 new KUDs, which currently cooperate only in the purchase and sale of FFB with the company as an independent supplier.

Summary of Assessment Report of the RSPO Certification
Based on the results of interviews with the local communities (former landowner and manager of Karang Dapo Village and Bingin Rupit Village), it is known that the company has not cleared the land in areas that have not been acquired, the company provided compensation to the landowners before land clearing and planting . Meanwhile, with regard to the processing in the mill, the company has had the document for processing job execution procedures (SOP for mills). Based on the soil map, it was stated that the slope of the soil in the company's operating area is in the flat category (0-2° or 0-4%).
The company has documented records of pesticide toxicity in the document Monthly Pesticide Toxicity Data. The company has an obligation that prohibited pregnant or lactating women as written in Procedure No. OPM Rev.2 Use, Store and Dispose of Pesticide. Based on field visits and interviews with workers, the company has supplied PPE to workers.
The company already has persons responsible for the OSH program within the organizational structure of the Committee for Safety and Health at Work (P2K3), which is established in each management unit. The organization regularly holds monthly meetings on OSH issues at the workplace. The company has identified the generated waste, which is listed on the PT DIL waste identification list. The company has documentation of hazardous waste to the carrier in the form of a hazardous waste manifest.
Based on the results of interviews with the communities, it is known that the company has not developed the land in areas that were not acquired; the company compensated the landowners before clearing and planting the land. Based on an interview with an employee of the estate and POM, they know what the minimum age is to work in the company.
