Based on the observation of BPE, BJE and BPM, it was found that the first aid box, fire extinguishers and hydrant stations were satisfactorily maintained.

Based on field visits, interviews and document review with new contract employees in the factory area, it is known that the new PPE is given 1 month after work. When selling RSPO-certified products, an authorized dealer and/or distributor must pass on the product manufacturer's certification number and the relevant supply chain model. BPM has registered and fulfilled all supply chain requirements through the RSPO IT supply chain management organization (RSPO IT platform or book and requirements). The compliance of non-certified management units of MP Evans Group PLC with the rules for partial certification was established by self-assessment in accordance with Article 4.2.4 of the RSPO certification system. All plantations established since 2005 have been made in accordance with the applicable laws of the country and that there is no evidence of non-compliance with the law on any of the non-certified holdings not listed above.
