Education and Training of bjb’s Personnel

Penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan ditetapkan melalui SK Direksi No 704/SK/DIR-ET/2014 tangal 22 September 2014 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (PP). Setiap karyawan memiliki kesempatan yang setara dalam mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengembangan karir sesuai dengan kinerja, kompetensi, pengalaman dan kriteria lainnya yang ditetapkan. Divisi Pendidikan & Pelatihan merupakan salah satu unit kerja di bank bjb yang memiliki fungsi strategis dalam mendukung pencapaian bisnis bank bjb. Divisi Diklat bank bjb memiliki Visi ”Menjadi Centre of Learning Organization dalam Mendorong Kegiatan Bisnis Bank”. Visi tersebut diterjemahkan ke dalam Misi Divisi Pendidikan & Pelatihan sebagai berikut:

1. Sebagai pusat kepemimpinan (Centre of Leadership), yaitu menciptakan kader-kader pemimpin masa depan bank bjb guna mendorong kegiatan bisnis bank;

2. Sebagai pusat kompetensi (Centre of Competency), yaitu menciptakan pegawai bank yang kompeten melalui pengembangan attitude, knowledge dan skill dalam mendorong kegiatan bisnis bank;

3. Sebagai pusat sertiikasi (Centre of Certiication), yaitu menciptakan pegawai bank yang mempunyai standar kompetensi yang diakui atau tersertiikasi guna mendorong kegiatan bisinis bank.

Pemilihan peserta pelatihan di bank bjb dilakukan melalui Training Need analysis yang meliputi hal sebagai berikut :

• Penentuan berdasarkan grade untuk menentukan keikutsertaan karyawan dalam pelatihan wajib/ pelatihan utama

• Pengukuran Training Need analysis menggunakan kuesioner untuk menentukan ketimpangan kompetensi dan menentukan jenis pelatihan teknikal maupun soft skill yang dapat diikuti oleh para karyawan bank bjb

• Menjadikan jabatan saat ini sebagai referensi untuk menentukan pelatihan teknis yang diperlukan untuk menunjang pekerjaan karyawan sesuai dengan posisinya.

The implementation of education and training is established through Decree of Board of Directors No. 704 / SK / DIR-ET / 2014 dated September 22nd, 2014 on Guidelines for Education and Training Management (PP). Every employee has equal opportunity in getting education and training, career development in accordance with the performance, competence, experience and other criteria. Education & Training Division is one of the working units in bank bjb which has a strategic function in supporting the achievement of bank bjb’s business. Banking Training Division of bank bjb has a Vision to “Becoming a Center of Learning Organization in Encouraging Bank Business Activity”. The vision translated into Education & Training Division’s Mission as follows:

1. As the Center of Leadership, which creates future leader cadres of bank bjb’s to encourage banks business activities

2. As a Center of Competency, which creates competent employees through the development of attitude, knowledge and skills in encouraging the banks business activities

3. As a Center of Certiication, which creates competent and certiied employees to encourage banks business activities.

The selection of training participants in bank bjb is done through Training Need analysis which includes:

• A grade-based determination to determine employee participation in mandatory training / main training

• Measurement Training Need analysis using

questionnaires to determine competency inequality and determine the type of technical training and soft skills that can be followed by employees of bank bjb

• Make the current position as a reference to determine the technical training required to support employee’s work in accordance with its position.

Pada tahun 2016 Divisi Pendidikan & pelatihan telah melaksanakan 976 Pelatihan dari target 850 pelatihan yang direncanakan untuk diselenggarakan, dan diikuti oleh 27.358 peserta dengan total biaya pelatihan sebesar Rp. 80.050.000.000, -.
