GCG POLICY
Penerapan praktek Good Governance bukan hanya menjadi kebutuhan para pelaku usaha tetapi juga menjadi kebutuhan semua BUMN idak terkecuali PTPN IX. Wujud dari komitmen untuk
melaksanakan prakik-prakik Good Corporate Governance adalah dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GCG yaitu Transparansi,
Pertanggungjawaban, Kemandirian dan Kewajaran dalam menjalankan operasional perusahaan.
Implementaion of of good governance pracice is not only the needs of the business but also the needs of all state-owned enterprises is no excepion PTPN IX. The realizaion of the commitment to implement good corporate governance pracice is to apply the principles of good corporate governance, namely Transparency, Accountability,
Independence, and Fairness in running the company's operaions.
Corporate Governance merupakan suatu proses dan struktur untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan usaha dan akuntabilitas perusahaan guna mewujudkan nilai pemegang saham dalam jangka panjang dengan tetap memperhaikan kepeningan stakeholders lainnya berlandaskan peraturan perundang-undangan, anggaran dasar dan nilai-nilai eika.
Corporate Governance is a process and structure to improve the success of the business and corporate accountability in order to create shareholder value in the long term by taking into account the interests of other stakeholders, based on legislaion, statutes and ethical values.
Semua BUMN wajib menerapkan GCG secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan dengan berpedoman pada peraturan menteri BUMN, ketentuan serta norma yang berlaku serta Anggaran Dasar Perseroan. PTPN IX sendiri telah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip GCG dalam pelaksanaan operasional perusahaan sejak tahun 2005.
All SOEs are required to apply GCG consistently and coninuously guided by the minister of state rules, regulaions and norms in force and the Aricles of Associaion of the Company. PTPN IX itself has been applying the principles of good corporate governance in the implementaion of the company's operaions since 2005.
