Dengan mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan pegawai di hari tua, BNI Syariah memberikan fasilitas pensiun kepada seluruh pegawai. Hal ini juga sesuai dengan regulasi pemerintah agar

As a measurement of employee’s level of satisfaction, BNI Syariah held Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) since 2013. Based on the results of the survey in 2015, 86.23% of employees who participate in EOS have a higher level of satisfaction than other employees of the company. In EOS 2015, assessment was made on the aspects of self development, rewards and punishment, leadership, as well as procedure. The result of EOS is later used to obtain information from employees regarding HR management plans in the future as an input for employee retention plan.

BNI Syariah adheres to the remuneration principle of pay for position and pay for performance. In this case, the company provides facilities to employees by considering the position, industry condition, as well as employee performance. In order to implement a competency-based human resources management, the reward is given based on performance as well as the measurement of employee competency, or in other words by implementing human resources management based on performance management.

Remuneration strategy prepared by considering the prevailing regulations regardless of gender. BNI Syariah remuneration structure consists of a fixed component (fixed pay) and non-fixed component (variable pay), while for the provision of variable pay is adjusted to the performance of each employee. Also as a form of employee retention, in terms of employee’s facilities, BNI Syariah also provides some facilities such as insurance facilities. Additionally in order to remain competitive in market, BNI Syariah also participated in a remuneration survey.

Taking into account the welfare of employees in the old days, BNI Syariah provides pension benefits to all employees. It is also in accordance with government regulations so that the company
