AMENDEMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE No. 350/MPP/KEP/7/1998

ON THE RESTRICTION OF EXPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS SECURING SUBSIDY FROM THE GOVERNMENT

(Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 438/MPP/Kep/9/1998 dated september 22, 1998)

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Considering:

a. that with the elimination of government subsidies for certain goods, it is deemed necessary to amend decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade no. 350/MPP/kep/1998;

b. that in relation thereto, it is necessary to stipulate a decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade.

In view of:

1. Presidential Decree no. 61/1998 on the functions, task, organizational structures and working arrangement of ministries;

2. Presidential Decree No. 122/M/1998 on the establishment of the development reforms cabinet;

3. Decree of the minister of Industry and Trade No. 182/MPP/Kep/4/1998 on the general provisons in the field of export;

DECIDES:

To stipulate:

THE DECREE OF THE MINSTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE NO. 350/MPP/KEP/7/1998 ON THE RESTRICTION OF EXPORT OF CERTAIN GOODS SECURING SUBSIDY FROM THE GOVERNMENT

Article 3

The Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 182/MPP/kep/4/1998 shall be effective for certain goods excluded from Decrre of Industry and Trade No. 350/MPP/kep/7/1998.

Article 4

This decree shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this decree shall be published by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
