In 2022, the Company has recruited 33 new employees. This number shows an increase to 56 people compared to the previous year of 23 people.
Employee Performance Assessment
In addition to looking for the best talents through the recruitment process, the Company also performs a control function on the quality of competency and capabilities of the human resources it manages.
For this reason, the Company conducts employee performance appraisals every year in order to accurately evaluate employee skills, strengths and weaknesses.
Employee performance appraisal refers to the realization of the Key Performance Indicator (“KPI”) target as a quantitative benchmark to measure the level of performance achievement of each employee.
The results of the KPI assessment are then used as a basis for consideration for Management in determining the direction of employee promotion and career development in the following year or also serves as a basis for determining corrective steps needed to improve employee competency.
In addition, the results of the KPI-based employee assessment are also considered as the basis for determining remuneration or performance bonuses for each employee for the following year.
By implementing a measurable and planned employee performance appraisal system, the Company encourages all employees to always maintain and build good relationships with superiors as the party that has direct work relations and is responsible for the coaching and mentoring process, where this is a requirement for HR career advancement in the Company.

Per 31 Desember 2022, Perseroan mengelola sebanyak 56 karyawan, turun/bertambah 143% dari tahun sebelumnya sebanyak 23 orang. Standar Upah Minimum Provinsi/
Upah Minimum Regional
Perseroan telah memenuhi kewajiban pemberian upah minimum Provinsi/upah minimum Regional bagi karyawan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku yaitu upah minimum untuk Provinsi DKI Jakarta, sebagaimana diatur dalam Keputusan Gubernur DKI Jakarta No. 1517 Tahun 2021 tentang Upah Minimum Provinsi pada Tahun 2022 tanggal 16 Desember 2021. Hal ini berdasarkan Nomor pelaporan Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan (“WLTK”) No.
16433.68110.20190808.0001 yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja.
Serikat Pekerja
Saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki serikat pekerja, namun Perseroan telah memiliki Peraturan Perusahaan yang dibuat dan diberlakukan di lingkungan Perseroan untuk mengatur hak dan kewajiban serta hubungan kerja antara Perseroan dan karyawan.
Rasa kebersamaan di antara karyawan terus dibina dengan baik agar diperoleh hubungan industrial yang harmonis sehingga karyawan Perseroan dapat bekerja secara optimal. Selain itu, Perseroan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan.
Dengan demikian diharapkan dapat memupuk loyalitas dan meningkatkan rasa ikut memiliki karyawan atas perusahaan dalam jangka panjang.
Provincial Minimum Wage
Standards/ Regional Minimum Wage Standards
The Company has fulfilled the obligations of Provincial minimum wage standards/Regional minimum wage standards for the employees in accordance with applicable regulations, the minimum wage for DKI Jakarta Province, as stipulated in DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 1517 of 2021 on Provincial Minimum Wage in 2022 dated December 16, 2021. Based on Mandatory Manpower Report No.
16433.68110.20190808.0001 issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
Trade Union
At present, the Company does not have a labor union.
However, the Company has Company Regulations created and enforced within the Company to regulate rights and obligations, and work relationships between the Company and its employees.
The sense of togetherness among employees continues to be properly fostered in order to obtain harmonious industrial so that the Company’s employees can work optimally. Moreover, the Company always strives to improve employee welfare.
Thus, it is hoped that it can raise loyalty and the sense of belonging of employees to the company in the long term.

Perseroan berusaha untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan standar tertinggi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan dengan menyediakan sejumlah fasilitas dan program kesejahteraan, berupa:
