PENUTUP DAN CADANGAN
Dapatan kajian menunjukkan secara umumnya, pemimpin sekolah iaitu pengetua memainkan peranan yang penting dalam mempengaruhi tingkah laku inovatif pengajaran dalam kalangan guru di sekolah. Berdasarkan dapatan ini juga, didapati kepimpinan lestari yang telah dikemukakan oleh Fullan (2005) berupaya membantu pengetua dalam memastikan kecemerlangan sekolah yang dipimpin dapat dikekalkan. Selain itu, dapatan kajian ini boleh dijadikan panduan kepada pemimpin sekolah dan guru-guru dalam memastikan proses dan aktiviti-aktiviti berkaitan tingkah laku inovatif pengajaran guru dapat dilaksanakan dengan lebih berkesan sebagai faktor utama ke arah menjadikan sekolah sebagai sebuah organisasi yang cemerlang.
Kajian-kajian oleh Yuan & Woodman (2010) mendapati tingkah laku inovatif ini penting bagi sesebuah organisasi kekal cemerlang, meningkatkan produktiviti (Anderson, De Dreu & Nijstad, 2004) serta dapat meningkatkan kualiti kerja seseorang indivivu (Wolfe, 1994). Hal ini disokong oleh kajian yang dijalankan oleh Kouzes & Postner (2012) dan Robledo, Peterson & Mumford (2010) yang menyatakan bahawa faktor kepimpinan membawa pengaruh yang besar dalam meningkatkan tingkah laku inovatif pekerja. Dalam konteks sekolah, komitmen daripada pengetua amat perlu bagi menggerakkan guru-guru melaksanakan tingkah laku inovatif dalam pengajaran mereka di bilik darjah.
