Based on the interview with the worker on the estate and the mill, it is known that they understand the ethical conduct of the company. Based on interviews with representatives of Kembiri and Selasar villages during the public consultation, there were no land disputes with the company. Based on a field visit and discussions with harvesters at TKME (Block K45 and K46, Division VI) and TRSE (Block P11 and P12, Division II), the logging process was carried out in accordance with the logging procedures issued by the company.

In addition to Inti Plantation, the company (TKMM) in 2017 also has the list of FFB suppliers, such as: Tanjung Rusa Plasma, PT Palmindo Belitung Berjaya (Tanjung Sawit Estate, Cooperative Melantang Makmur Sejahtera, Cooperative Mitra Mandiri, Cooperative Lingkar Tunas Mitra, Cooperative Harapan, Kooperativa Gang Rumpun Jaya), PT. The company has implemented practices to optimize the production rate in accordance with the established procedures, among others;. Based on the above documents and field visits, it can be concluded that the company has enriched the soil fertility by applying organic or inorganic fertilizers.

The company applies a strategy for the use of organic materials, namely the application of EFB (40 tons/ha/year) and the application of POME for TKME area (375 m3/ha/year). The company has documented pesticide toxicity data (LD50) in the Monthly Pesticide Toxicity Data document. The company has work instructions for the application of pesticides (document no. SMART/MCAR/XII/TA-PTM/01).

Based on the verification of the documentation and conversations with the management staff, the company did not apply pesticides from the air. Based on an interview with the chemical applicator, he stated that he was aware of the company's policy regarding the management of HCV.

Therefore, the company has no obligation under principle 7 in relation to non-planting that replaces primary forest or HCV acreage. This activity shows the Company's efforts to provide additional fertilizers to increase the soil organic matter needed by plants, especially on marginal land. Modification of reel hoses on TKM to reduce damage to hose, truck safety on drum pan, oil storage tank with dual function main holes.

The CH has determined the annual budget for home maintenance, because for the 2018 period, for example, TRSE has budgeted to repair as many as 80 houses. One of the audit findings relates to the EFB (road rest) application and 2 units of Errepi Buffalo Tractor and Crane Grabber have been purchased to mechanically carry out the EFB spreading. One of the audit findings concerns the daily examination of wheel loaders whose implementation is questionable.

This has been added to the Daily Transmission Oil Condition/Level Checklist and W-Loader Condition Checklist. The W-Loader was well operated and performed daily monitoring and monitoring at the time of oil changes. The company has a document of nozzle calibration data from TRSE Year 2017 that contains the division, date, name of worker caliber, nozzle type, nozzle type, standard flow rate (cc/min), flow rate (U1, U2, U3), total, and average.

Explanation .1

Certification for CPO factories is necessary to verify the volumes of certified and non-certified FFB entering the factory and the volume sales of RSPO certified producers. A factory may receive FFB from non-certified growers in addition to those from its own certified land base. In that scenario, the factory can only claim the quantity of oil palm products produced by processing the certified FFB as MB.

POMs are applying SCCS Modul E (UK) because FFBs are received and processed from certified area and non-certified area.
