Pengolahan dan Pemanfaatan Energi Alternatif Melaksanakan penghematan energi (Energi Cost Reduction) pada mesin pembangkit / genset (generator set), kendaraan dan mesin pengolahan yang menggunakan bahan bakar solar, diantaranya : a. Mesin Pembangkit Genset (Generator Set)
• Mengganti mesin genset dengan ukuran daya yang lebih eisien sesuai kebutuhan operasional;
• Mengatur jam operasional genset, khususnya untuk penerangan;
• Melakukan penggantian lampu-lampu penerangan dengan lampu hemat energi; • Menggunakan energi listrik PLN bagi kebun-
kebun yang dapat dijangkau sambungan listrik dari PLN.
b. Mesin Pengolahan
Memasang mesin penggerak langsung pada alat pengolahan sebagai penggati energi listrik dari genset.
c. Kendaraan
• Meremajakan kendaraan operasional yang sudah tua (boros BBM) dan pengaturan pemakaian kendaraan sesuai kebutuhan. • Adanya kebijakan tentang sewa kendaraan Sesuai kebijakan pemerintah untuk sektor industri agar melakukan penghematan energi dari bahan bakar minyak, sehingga diperlukan adanya pengembangan dan pemanfaatan energi alternatif yang lain yaitu :
a. Memanfaatkan energi sinar matahari secara langsung untuk proses pengeringan kopi Arabika dan kakao (sun drying).
b. Mengganti bahan bakar minyak (solar) dengan menggunakan kayu bakar (BBK) untuk proses pengeringan Kopi, Kakao dan Teh.
c. Pemasangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) dengan memanfaatkan air dari aliran sungai untuk menggerakkan turbin sebagai pengganti mesin pembangkit listrik PLTD menjadi PLTMH pada Kebun-Kebun yang memiliki potensi debit dan ketinggian air yang cukup. PLTMH sudah beroperasi pada tahun 2006, 2007 dan 2008 di 7 (tujuh) lokasi kebun PTPN XII (Persero) sejumlah 13 unit dengan total daya terpasang 997 KVA.
Processing and Consuming the Alternative Energy Conduct Energy Cost Reduction to the generator set, vehicles and processing meachine by using diesel fuel as the following :
a. Generator Set
• Replace the generator set with more eicient
power size as per operational need;
• Set up the generator set operational hours,
particularly for lighting;
• Replace the lightings with energy save lighting
system;
• Consume the electricity power from the
Electricity Company (PLN) for the plantations whichh could be reached by the electricity power supply from the Electricity Company (PLN). b. Processing Machine
Set up the direct activated machine to the processing device as replacement of electricity energy from the generator set.
c. Vehicles
• Rejuvenate old age operational vehicles
(wasteful fuel) and arranging vehicle usage as per needed.
• Policy of vehicle rental
As for the Governmental policy for the industrial sector, which is to save the energy from the fuel, it is necessary to develop and consume the alternative energy as the following :
a. Consume the direct sun energy for the sun drying of Arabika cofee.
b. Replace the diesel fuel with irewood for the drying of cofee, cocoa and tea. c. Set up the Hydro Micro Electric Generator
by using water from the river to activate the turbin as a replacement of electricity generator machine at the plantations which are potential debit and have enough height of water level. The Hydro Micro Electric Generator have been operational in 2006, 2007 and 2008 at seven locations of plantations of PTPN XII (Persero) for 13 units, with total power set up 997 KVA.

Strategi Bidang Wisata Agro
a. Promosi dan Pemasaran Obyek Wisata Agro ditujukan dengan sasaran Integrasi Informasi, meliputi pemasaran terpadu melalui kerjasama dengan Biro Perjalanan Wisata (BPW), Pembentukan Website dan E-mail khusus Wisata Agro, dan pendekatan langsung ke Instansi- instansi, sekolah-sekolah serta berbagai organisasi di masyarakat.
b. Customer Services (Pelayanan kepada Tamu/ Pengunjung) Obyek Wisata Agro dengan sasaran meningkatkan kepuasan dan komplementary wisatawan, mengisi okupansi weekday (di Wonosari) dan peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan asing dan domestik di Kalisat Jampit dan Blawan.
c. Pengenalan obyek-obyek wisata di Kebun Ngrangkah Pawon, Gunung Gambir, Bantaran, Kertowono, Kendeng Lembu, Bangelan, Renteng (Rayap), Jatirono, Malangsari, Sungai Lembu, Sumber Jambe, Glantangan, Gunung Gumitir dan Pasewaran (Kampe Beach).
d. Pembuatan Paket Wisata di Kebun Wonosari, Kalisat Jampit, Blawan, Kendeng Lembu, Sungai Lembu dan Sumber Jambe serta Glantangan, Gunung Gumitir dan Pasewaran yang dikaitkan dengan obyek-obyek wisata di sekitar kebun. Paket Tour Nusantara merupakan kolaborasi antara wisata agro dengan wisata petualangan, wisata vulkanik, wisata sejarah/Budaya, wisata alam, wisata religi.
e. Pengembangan Tahap I Wisata Agro Glantangan (WAG) pada tahun 2009, dengan pengadaan fasilitas :
• Motor ATV sebanyak 4 unit • Sepeda air 3 unit
• Kolam pemandian anak • Flying Fox
• Kebun Binatang Mini, antara lain dengan adanya rusa, kera dan landak yang dipindahkan dari Kebun Zeelandia.
Agro Tourism Strategy
a. Promoting and marketing the Agro Tourism Object is aimed to Integrate the Information which includees the integrated marketing through the cooperation with Tourism and Travel Bureau, creating website and email only for Argo Tourism and direct approach to related departments, schools and other community organizations. b. Customer Services of Agro Tourism Object is aimed
to improve the satisfaction and complimentary of tourists, ill in the weekday occupancy (at Wonosari) and improve the visit of international and domestic tourists at Kalisat Jampit and Blawan.
c. Introducing the tourism objects at Ngrangkah Pawon, Gunung Gambir, Bantaran, Kertowono, Kendeng Lembu, Bangelan, Renteng (Rayap), Jatirono, Malangsari, Sungai Lembu, Sumber Jambe, Glantangan, Gunung Gumitir and Pasewaran (Kampe Beach).
d. Creating tourism packages at Wonosari, Kalisat Jampit, Blawan, Kendeng Lembu, Sungai Lembu, Sumber Jambe, Glantangan, Gunung Gumitir and Pasewaran connecting to the objects surrounding the plantations. Nusantara Tour Package is the collaboration of the agro, adventureos, vulcanic, historical/cultural, natural and religious tourism.
e. Developing the Stage I of Glantangan Agro Tourism in 2009 by providing the facilities as the following :

• Mini zoo includes deers, monkeys porcupines
